For our journey ahead, we are looking to build up our team of bright minds further, and we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in İstanbul.

About the Role 

We are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Infra and DevOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for administrating and ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our company's computer systems, networks and cloud based solutions. This includes monitoring both on-premise and cloud systems, troubleshooting issues, managing access protocols, and implementing and executing backup and recovery procedures.

What You Will Do

  • Monitoring and ensuring all parts of the IT systems are behaving as expected and corresponding alert mechanisms are in place upon any failures or interruptions.
  • Maintains the servers, firewalls, DNS services and makes sure they are up-to-date and secured and backed up regularly to be restored in any incident.
  • Resolves all end-user related queries, feedback, issues and complaints, installation and maintenance of personal computers and office devices.
  • Improves requirement definitions by user feedback and support experience, thus improving quality of final solution.
  • Monitors and keeps track of the maintenance of IT Asset and manages spare of all IT Asset inventory.
  • Supports IT initiatives at the assigned areas; monitors, triggers and manages escalations and requests of end-users.
  • Manages IT part of end-users’ onboarding and offboarding process, including account and access definitions and introducing information about the IT systems and security guidelines to the end users.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Basic IT knowledge experience in addition to end-user support and project management skills.
  • Experience of Windows applications (OS, Office) and System, network etc. infrastructure applications.
  • Experience of Installation and maintenance of Windows Server, DNS, Active Directory etc services.
  • Experience with Web Server Infrastructure such as IIS, Apache, Nginx.
  • Experience with systems administration across both Linux (or other Unix OS) and Windows Servers.
  • Experience with cloud services, account and policy management on Azure, AWS and GCP.
  • Experience on automating tasks via Python or other scripting tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills; English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge on ISO-27001 certification processes and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD concepts including technologies such as Jenkins, Terraform, Docker.
  • Knowledge on different cloud server and application infrastructures such as Kubernetes, Lambda, Function, Fargate, etc.
  • Relevant certifications, such Azure Administration or AWS Solutions Architect are a plus.
