Gurhan Kok founded invent.ai in 2013 to build advanced-analytics products for the retail industry. Prior to invent.ai, Gürhan was a tenured faculty member at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He received his Ph.D. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 2003.

Jiri Nechleba brings 40 years of executive experience applying advanced science to businesses with extensive work in retail, CPG and financial services.

John Seung is former CIO of the Americas at Fung Group and co-founder of Castling. As a technology expert with in-depth knowledge of eCommerce and supply chain platforms, he now focuses on early tech investments with LFX Venture Partners.

Jeff Smith has held numerous executive-level leadership roles and brings extensive expertise in launching and growing tech companies, excelling in fundraising, strategy, and creating excellent work environments.

Tav leads invent.ai's go-to-market strategies to accelerate company growth. With over 20 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, Tav brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to guide retailers toward success in an ever-evolving market.

With over two decades of extensive expertise as a strategic advisor in the retail industry, Ozgur has successfully overseen and managed international projects. He is a supply chain and pricing expert, highly experienced at implementing analytics and AI-based solutions for retailers.

Lance has an impressive background of over 20 years in SaaS sales with a strong focus on driving enterprise growth through optimization solutions tailored for retailers. He enables retailers to seize new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Patty leads Marketing at invent.ai. With extensive experience in leadership roles, she has successfully driven go-to-market strategies and execution for emerging technology companies. Her diverse background includes leading both product and marketing teams, delivering innovative solutions to everyday challenges faced by global retailers.

Mustafa has more than 15 years of experience in enabling analytical solutions for variety of companies using mathematical models and machine learning algorithms.

Emre has a 20 years of software development and data science background, he has experience in developing AI applications and systems including information retrieval, NLP and large scale structured and unstructured data processing.

Dave has more than 15 years of experience developing and delivering software solutions for retailers, in both technology and client services roles.                                                 

Aret brings to invent.ai 20+ years of working experience in retail industry, including six years in management consulting.                                     

Since 2013, Koray has been a key part of invent.ai’s product development. He brings expertise in forecasting, data analysis, algorithm development, and inventory optimization.

Ozgur has more than 10 years of experience designing and developing advanced analytical solutions for businesses using machine learning algorithms and mathematical models.

Ozge has over 20 years of experience in finance, M&A advisory, legal affairs, and partnership management. As Head of Finance, she leads invent.ai’ financial operations and business strategy while supporting the company to grow and scale its operations effectively.

Burçin serves as invent.ai's Head of HR, bringing over 20 years of HR experience to the team. Her areas of expertise include process analysis, restructuring, institutionalization, HRM, quality management, career and talent management, corporate communications in technology and start up companies.
